Basically an Agricultural Graduate (1997).He did M.Sc.(Agri.) in Extension Education at University of Agricultural Science,Dharwad.He received Ph.D. (2003) in Extension Education from M.A.U, parbhani. He qualified National Eligibility Test two times (Ext.Edu.)in 1999 and 2001.He published 92 research papers in leading journals.

J'ai travaillé comme professeur assistant dans un institut privé affilié à M.P.K.V., Rahuri, pendant 14 mois. J'ai publié cinq articles de recherche dans des revues nationales et internationales.
