This book examines the level of satisfaction that employers experience regarding the set of skill expectations that the fresh graduates are able or unable to meet. This discrepancy is being studied in the context of Pakistan to help bridge the gulf of skill expectation between employees and employers; find out if relationship between employer satisfaction and the various skills that employers expect employees to be proficient in, for example, personal skills, management skills and knowledge skills actually exist and then suggest the business schools to inculcate these skills in their graduates in order to reduce this gap
