It is a study exploring the social security, personal autonomy and political influence of people with intellectual disabilities in a post communist country.

...15 years of working with children with a range of social-emotional, behavioural & cognitive needs in the evolving context of Romaniäs child welfare and education system gave me an understanding of the challenges in the system and the need for policy level advocacy around special & inclusive education. A need that could not and can't be ignored.
