Autorenporträt
LEIGH RYAN LANSING is a product of the Mississippi Delta, and a lover of the country. Gravel roads, cotton fields, ponds, and woods are where she spent most of her childhood. As the daughter of a cotton farmer, she lived with her family in a moderate home and spent most of her time with her animals. The country is a great place to explore one's imagination and that is exactly what she did. Lansing has a strong connection to her heritage and the Delta where she grew up. This connection shows through in her writing as well as in her real life. She still has that farm in the Delta, and she still lives in Mississippi with her husband, young son, and several dogs and cats. Her imagination has created many stories about life, love and fantasy. Her son has always loved her stories, and now you can too.
