Joshua Marcengill se graduó de Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (Escuela de Ministerio Sobrenatural de Bethel) en Atlanta, un establecimiento de formación oficial y una de las sedes de la iglesia de Bethel Redding (California, USA). Junto a su esposa Mary Marcengill dirige una organización misionera llamada Bibles for All Ministries (Ministerio Biblias para Todos), desempeñando el cargo de Director Ejecutivo de Operaciones.
