The fact that these mistakes are preventable is fortunate since, as the old adage "prevention is better than cure" states, it is preferable to having to manage the situation.There exists a multitude of areas where procedural errors can potentially occur Fortunately, the majority of procedural mistakes can be prevented, either through increased operator knowledge and understanding, or improving their attention whilst treating a patient.To avoid the incidences of endodontic malpractice and minimize the risks of procedural errors, the operator must consider ethical principles of clinical practice and adhere strictly to the standards of healthcare while performing the diagnosis and treatment.
