This integrative approach delivers a wealth of case histories and practical advice to help treat women with endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) holistically, using acupuncture and TCM alongside Western medicine for both diagnosis and care.

Endometriosis and PCOS can affect women's hormone levels, fertility, body functions and menstruation, and both syndromes are deeply difficult to treat, manage and navigate as healthcare professionals. The authors provide an overview of the conditions and their treatment, both separately and conjoined. Chinese medicine offers many patent herbal formulas that provide benefit for these conditions and these are discussed alongside herbal modifications that can help with severe symptomatology.
