Nima se licenció en Derecho y Estudios Jurídicos por la Universidad Islámica de Azad y obtuvo un máster en Derecho por la Universidad de Teherán (Irán), y trabaja como profesor de Derecho. Sus intereses de investigación se centran en la intersección de las prácticas de derecho público, medioambiental e internacional.
