He is co-author of the books Refrigeration Systems and Applications, Efficiency Evaluation of Energy Systems, and Thermodynamics: An Engineering Approach. Yunus A. Cenğel is Professor Emeritus of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno. He is the author or co-author of numerous widely adopted textbooks, including Fundamentals and Applications of Renewable Energy.
