This study assess the energy literacy level among Nigeria Senior Secondary School Students. Education being the bedrock for the development of every society, is a means of impacting knowledge either in a formal or informal environment. Senior secondary education is the foundation for every tertiary learning and lifelong learning. Nigeria is a developing country with vast/diverse energy potential ranging from fossil fuels to renewables. Just about 50% of Nigerians has access to electricity till date. In order to solve future energy crisis in Nigeria, an assessment of the current energy knowledge available to the younger generation is important. A policy to improve the energy literacy level among senior secondary students is recommended.
