The inspiration to write this publication is a book titled "Winning" which was written by J. and S. Welch. This piece of work states, that a leader should have: a positive energy, energize others, edge, execute and passion (4E+1P principles). J. C. Maxwell, an author of five levels of leadership model, thinks that every managing (directing) person, regardless of the level of leadership, has a leadership features (principles). The ease of intangible and tangible resources flow results in the companies being an aggregation of many cultures and technologies. F. Malik, an author of steering wheel, believes that it has a similar spokes regardless of the type of a company, because everyone of them has an appointed goal and it has to be effective in its achievement. The Director in his activities meets with different levels of difficulty while fulfilling his tasks which emphasize a specific principle, a concrete leadership feature. Therefrom comes a conclusion that the range of validityof leadership principles of a director is distinctive for a company, whereas their structure suits the predisposition of a supervisor and the difficulty level of performing the business duties.
