The current facility was built during the 1960s, replacing the previous building which is now used as Thomas Alcorn Elementary School, which was previously the intermediate school. The Enfield High School Complex and Campus is located in the Connecticut River Valley, found right off of Enfield Street (U.S. Route 5) in Enfield's Historical District. Enfield High School is one of two high schools in town. The school has an enrollment of approximately 1000 students.
