Thus,the book tries to analyze the involvement of African regional economic communities in the promotion and protection of human rights in general, and their key roles in the enforcement of human rights through their judicial organs in light of the promotion and protection of the African human rights system. The book give much emphasis on the roles and practices of the African court of human rights. Finally, the book tries to put its own concluding remarks and recommendations for the better and strong promotion and protection of human rights in Africa.
Autorenporträt
Esmael Ali graduated in 2008 from Mekelle University, Faculty of law, with distinction. Esmael completed his graduate study (LL.M) at the University of Addis Ababa, Faculty of Law in 2010. Since then he was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Mizan-Tepi.
