In international legal practice various legal mechanisms are used to increase the effectiveness of compliance with international obligations. These include the creation of special international bodies to monitor the implementation of international legal norms. A special place in the system of these bodies is given to international judicial institutions. The book is devoted to the topical issue of the execution of international judicial bodies.
