Those three specific fields require personal belief in the mission, since they usually require individuals to perform beyond what the job description requires and greatly depend on going the "extra mile" to perform. For that reason, learning more about what drives people working in education across the region could be very knowledge enriching, since those educators build up future leadership capacity and the can-do attitude that the region needs.
