Because of the ever-increasing demand for lubricants, a significant amount of work has been done to modify lubricating oils with additives to improve their overall properties. In recent years, many researchers have focused their efforts on studying lubricant oil additives to enhance lubricating characteristics. The goal of this review article is to showcase the work done in the area of lubricating oil with different additives for engine oil.
