Professor Jay Lee is the WCEAM 2011's Congress Chair. He is Ohio Eminent Scholar and L.W. Scott Alter Chair Professor and Director of the NSF Industry/University Cooperative Research Center for Intelligent Maintenance System (IMS) at the University of Cincinnati, USA. Professor Jun Ni is co-Director of the NSF Industry/University Cooperative Research Center for Intelligent Maintenance System (IMS) at the University of Michigan, USA. Professor Jag Sarangapani is co-Director of the NSF Industry/University Cooperative Research Center for Intelligent Maintenance System (IMS) at the Missouri University of Science & Technology, USA. Professor Joseph Mathew was the WCEAM 2010 Congress Chair and is also WCEAM's General Chair. He is Chief Executive Officer of the CRC for Infrastructure and Engineering Asset Management (CIEAM), Australia.
