The text material of this book divides itself into nine Chapters: The first for vector analysis, the next four for electro-static field, the next two for the steady magnetic field arising from dc current, the eighth for time varying fields, Maxwell's equations and wave equations and the latter for energy, force and torque in electromechanical transducers. Thus, this book, covers approximately, all the introductory phase of the needs of the electrical engineering student with very simple manner. Thus, this book has been written to meet the introductory phase of the needs of the electrical engineering student.

Prof Dr. Fathe Allythi Has received his PhD degree in Electrical engineering from Al-Azhar University, Egypt 1991G. Since then he worked in the teaching field. nowHe is Prof. Dr. of electrical machines and related courses at Al-Azhar University and Egyptian Universities.He has many publications.
