One of the most important projects supported by the Italian National Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN) is the so-called SPES (Selective Production of Exotic Species) project that is intended to develop a facility for the production of radioactive ion beams at Legnaro National Laboratories (Padua, Italy). Autorenporträt
Dr. Mattia Manzolaro obtained his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padua in 2011. Since then he has worked for the Italian National Institute of Nuclear Physics, collaborating with the University of Padua and other international institutions. He is the author of several scientific papers in international journals.
