Ubaydullayeva D.F. wurde am 24. Juli 1997 geboren. Sie schloss 2020 ihr Studium an der Staatlichen Universität Buchara ab und bewarb sich noch im selben Jahr für einen Masterstudiengang. Nachdem sie diesen 2022 mit Bestnoten abgeschlossen hatte, bewarb sie sich um eine Stelle als Englischlehrerin in der Abteilung für Übersetzungsstudien.
