The tasks that develop students' discourse competence are writing down the short texts, talking about the story and writing down the expressions to complete the dialogue.

Hayati Istiyaningsih, S.Pd, M.Pd ist Englischlehrerin an der 2 Baki Junior High School, Baki, Sukoharjo, Zentraljava, Indonesien. Sie erwarb ihren Abschluss in Pädagogik 1995 an der Muhammadiyah Universität in Surakarta, Indonesien. Ihren Master of Education erwarb sie im Studiengang Magister Linguistic Studies an derselben Universität.
