Amos graphic was also used for multivariate analysis. Comprehensive framework was developed for the purpose of enhancing citizen satisfaction.

Muhammad Umar Bello was born on April 6, 1976. He is indigene of Bauchi local government of Bauchi State, Nigeria. He graduated from ATBU, Bauchi and UDUS for his first degree and masters degree respectively. He is currently working with ATBU as a Lecturer in the Dept of Estate Management & Valuation. He is Happily married with children.
