Our age is a highly technological age. An age of information explosion. A highly digitalized and globalized age. This technological advancement has really influence every spheres of our endeavours education inclusive. Obviously, the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is becoming much more pronounced to motivate and enrich teaching and learning processes. It is on this background that this study is undertaken to determine ICT support and teachers' service delivery in public secondary schools in North West senatorial district of Akwa Ibom State. It has bee noticed over the years that there exist the problem of teachers' low achievement and general lack of teachers' interests in their service delivery. The study investigated the extent to which ICT facilities predict teachers' instructional delivery in public secondary schools in North-West Senatorial District of Akwa Ibom of Nigeria. Five research questions and five hypotheses were formulated as well as a correlation research design was used to guide the study.
