Enterprise as an Object of Civil Rights is a thorough and systematic analysis of the legal nature and civil turnover of the enterprise as an object of civil rights, identifying the most relevant theoretical and practical problems in the interpretation and application of the legal norms regarding the enterprise, providing with the suggestions and recommendations for the resolution of the identified problems and improvement of the existing legal regulation according to the experience of foreign countries and contemporary global trends, and contributing to the national legal doctrine. The subject-matter of the research is relevant both, in scientific and in practical terms, as the peculiarities of the enterprise as an object civil rights lacks thorough analysis in the legal doctrine.The research does not involve taxing and sponsorship aspects of the transactions regarding the enterprise as an object of civil rights as these aspects do not fall under the field of civil law.
