Belize as a country has not implemented a statistical census of the Enterprises that exist, nor has identified that financial indicators can be used to classify the firms for statistical validation from an analytical perspective. The results of this study will contribute significantly to the classification of the Enterprises in the entire country. The objectives were to: 1) Classify the Enterprises into four main groups by using statistical Methods. 2) Determine the level of correlation or association of the contributing indicators that exist between the associated variables. 3) Estimate a Mathematical Equation for enterprise classification into MSMLE's for Belize. 4) Identify the major constraints that limit the creation, promotion, and growth of the Enterprises; and finally 5) Determine the nature as well as the constraint levels that limit the creation, promotion, and growth of the enterprises in Belize. In summary, the clustering methods (Class Intervals, K-Means Cluster and Ward¿ s method) calculated four defined cluster groups that enabled the classification into Micro, Small, Medium and Large Enterprises (MSMLE¿ s) in Belize.
