This study examines the management strategies of representative companies in each country to gain insight into the value of ESG management strategies for corporate innovation and how design thinking and artistic interventions can foster creativity both internally and externally to drive corporate innovation. Autorenporträt
Jing LIU, an Assistant Professor in Design Studies, the  Member Institutions' representative of Cumulus and LeNS-China at the Faculty of Innovation and Design, City University of Macau. She is now a member of the Asia Design Prize jury board. She received her Ph.D. in Design Studies from the International Design school for Advanced Studies(IDAS), Hongik University in 2022. She got her Master's degree in Arts & Cultural Management from King's College London in 2017 and her Bachelor's degree in Art Design from China University of Geosciences(Beijing) in 2016. She once worked as a Research Fellow at the International Design Trends Center(IDTC), Hongik University, as an art assistant and gallery director at Lauren Baker Art in the UK, and as a project curator of the artFix London. She participated in a number of large-scale art projects in Asia and worldwide, such as the 2nd Beijing Media Art Biennale(BMAB)and the 2017 Frieze London Art Fair. She is also a Gem-A association-certified gemologist. As a design researcher with an interdisciplinary perspective, her research interests include Design Management, Sustainable Innovation, and Design Thinking.
