Ravindra Sharma is an Assistant Professor in Himalayan School of Management Studies at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun, India. He has more than 15 years of corporate and academic experience and holds degrees in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA). He also qualified for the University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test in Management (UGC-NET). Professor Sharma has published many research papers and books with reputed publishers like Taylor & Francis Group, Nova Science Publishers, and IRP Publication House. He has been honored as a session chair and keynote speaker in international conferences at various universities. His research interests include employer branding, entrepreneurship, organizational commitment and talent Dr.Geeta Rana is an Associate Professor in the department of HSMS at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Jolly Grant, Dehradun. She has earned her PhD from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee) in Management and has also completed a certification course in HR Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIMR). She is involved in teaching, research, and consultancy assignments and has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and in handling various administrative as well as academic positions. She has published over 40 papers in refereed journals of Emerald, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, and Inderscience and has presented several research papers in national and international conferences. Dr. Rana has contributed chapters in fourteen different books published by Cambridge UK, Springer IGI Global, and Palgrave Macmillan and has authored a book published by New Age Publications. Dr. Rana has won many awards in her area and is active in her research interests which includes knowledge management, managerial effectiveness, justice, values , entrepreneurship, employer branding, innovation and human resource management. Shivani Agarwal is an Assistant Professor in KIET School of Management at KIET Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, India. She has earned her PhD from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee) in Management. Prior to this current role, she was associated with Institute of Technology & Science, Ghaziabad, UP, India, HRIT Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, UP, India; IIT Roorkee, UK, India and Center for Management Development, Modinagar, UP. She has attended several short-term courses at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, IIT Delhi, India and has earned a NPTEL certificate for Research Writing and Human resource Management. Dr. Agarwal has authored or co-authored more than 10 research articles that are published in journals, books, and conference proceedings. She teaches graduate and post graduate level courses in management and is also a book Series Editor of for Information Technology, Management & Operations Research Practices, CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group, USA.
