It is essential to focus on the essence of the learning process by which knowledge is generated. A dynamic approach to learning is needed in an increasingly complex environment. The book transposes the link between the professional experiences of entrepreneurs and the development of entrepreneurial knowledge to an organizational level within the medium-sized enterprise. The case study, through a qualitative interpretivist approach, attempts to understand how teams transform entrepreneurial experience into specific knowledge. In the medium-sized company studied, due to its high level of structuring, entrepreneurial learning is supported by middle management and is part of a culture that facilitates flexibility and responsiveness. The results, however, highlight a weak formalization of learning that limits the firm's entrepreneurial capacities.
