This study focused on entrepreneurial orientation and self-employment among artisans in Jos North L.G.A of Plateau State. The independent variable was conceptualized as innovativeness, pro-activeness, risk taking, competitive aggressiveness and autonomy. The study used a cross sectional design involving registered artisans in the area. A sample size of 278 was adopted through the Krejcie and Morgan table and the simple random technique was used. Descriptive statistics and Spearman's rank correlation were used for data analysis and hypothesis testing.
