In many transitional economies progress has been achieved in opening doors to education and health protection for women but political and economic opportunities for female entrepreneurs have remained limited. Women Entrepreneurs have grown in large number across the globe over the last decade and increasingly the entrepreneurial potentials of women have changed their economies in many parts of the world Concerted efforts are needed to enable female entrepreneurs to make better economic choices and to transform their businesses into competitive enterprises, generating income and employment through improved production Policy makers, financial institutions particular Banks should consider women as key link toward development of any society and thus should give priorities to them ad consider them as key partners while formulating policies and economic strategies.
