All of these issues are analyzed based upon the opinions and information provided by the interviewers (restaurateurs), Bangladesh Restaurant Owner s Association (BROA) and Bangladesh Beaurue of Statistics (BBS). Throughout this book, an overview of restaurant business in Bangladesh has been drawn with recommendations for further entrepreneurial development in this sector.

Md. Atiqur Rahman Sarker is a Lecturer of HRM at East West University, Bangladesh. He studied Masters in HRM from University of Westminster (London, UK); Bachelor in Business Studies and MBA from East West University. Mr. Sarker is also involved with management consultancy and corporate training in Bangladesh.
