Environmental education stands out as an important tool to ensure sustainable development and the preservation of species on the planet. This paper aims to present to the reader a methodology for transmitting knowledge and forming concepts through the use of analogies. Analogies have always stood out in the learning process because they are closely related to the subconscious of individuals and diverse cultures. Analogia Ambientalis invites the reader to reflect on the similarities between the diseases that affect the planet and man, a sickness that can be avoided in order to improve the quality of life of future generations. This work is the fruit of the author's experience in his training and in his medical practice and, as we will see, it opens the way to a broader reflection on environmental issues, on the threats to health posed by the current economic model, and on how we can better sensitize populations by adopting the study of similarities.
