Government should give due attention to promote environmentally friendly and ecologically sound investments. FEPC should respect and be guided by the Labor Proclamation Number 377/2003 of the country for its local staff in order to avoid conflict that could arise from its staff. Legal Aspect: Any investment promotion in Oromiya Region should be guided and governed by Oromiya National Regional State Rural Land Use and Administration Proclamation Number 130/207 and the Federal Government of Ethiopia Proclamation Number 295/2002, a proclamation provided for the establishment of environmental protection organs.
