This book covers the theory and applications of the different optical absorption spectroscopic measurement techniques for atmospheric trace constitute detection and monitoring, including atmospheric trace gases, greenhouse gases and particulate matter. These measurement techniques include both remote sensing and in-situ measurements cover a wide spectral range from the ultraviolet, visible all the way to the infrared wavelength range.
