El Hermano Siméon Marie HOULOUM es un religioso franciscano de Togo. Tiene un máster y es investigador en Ciencias de la Educación. Tras varias misiones religiosas por todo el país, especialmente en el norte, se convenció de que la ignorancia era la principal causa de la miseria humana. Fundó colegios e intentó proponer un modelo de educación.
