Professor Ogbonnaya Chukwu is a Professor of Agricultural Engineering with the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria, where he has been involved in research and engineering education for more than two decades. His area of specialty is Food Engineering with particular interest in impact of food processing industries on the environment.
