This research reveals real problems concerning the environment. Then, it demonstrates the role played by the law and the place it occupies. It determines the impact of the law on environmental issues. It also demonstrates the involvement of the American people, and institutions into environmental protection. It finally shows how they welcome this field into their daily lives and habits. The example of the Commonwealth of Virginia is given through this work. Later, it develops a series of solutions and recommendations that may help make environmental problems and environmental law more interesting and understandable in the United States.
