Dr. Sani Muhammad Adam obtained LL.B degree in Combined Law (Sharia and Common Law) from Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria. He also obtained LL.M and Ph. D degrees in Environmental Law from University of Jos, Nigeria. He has published widely. He is currently the head, Department of Private and Islamic law, University of Abuja, Nigeria.
