Philip Weinberg teaches Environmental Law and Constitutional Law at St John's University School of Law in New York. He has written and lectured extensively in the field of environmental law and has chaired several bar association committees and sections dealing with the subject. Prior to teaching, he headed the Environmental Protection Bureau in the New York State Attorney General's Office.
