About the author: Jacqueline Iwata has a degree in Tourism from the State University of Amazonas-UEA. Postgraduate in MBA Management and Business Strategy from the University Centre of the North-UNINORTE. Published articles and experiences abroad for nineteen years. She also works as a Japanese language teacher.
