So it was also an opportunity to decipher the legislative texts involved in protecting the mining environment. ADAM Mahamat hat an den Universitäten von Ngaoundéré, Douala und Maroua studiert. Derzeit hat er einen Ph/D-Doktortitel im öffentlichen Recht. Angesichts der Tatsache, dass Kamerun mittlerweile auf Bodenschätze setzt, hat er Bergbau- und Umweltrecht zu seinem Hauptanliegen gemacht.
