KODAGA Wéngbama, Jurist und Spezialist für Umweltrecht, ist ein ehemaliger Kommissar der CNDH von Togo. Er wurde am 07. Dezember 1981 in Kara geboren. Er hat einen Master 2 in Umweltrecht und -politik, der von der Universität Lomé, der Universität Maastricht, der Universität Lüttich und der Universität Abomey Calavi mitorganisiert wurde.
