Environmental ethics considers that natural resources are a precious and indispensable heritage to ensure life on the planet. It follows that it is imperative to protect and safeguard them, both qualitatively and quantitatively, to ensure the needs of present and future generations. This is the very concept of management and sustainable development. The quality of natural resources conditions the quality of health. Today, we speak of "environmental health", because the degradation of the environment leads to the degradation of human health. Environmental health is a new field thanks to scientific and technical development. Today, man has powerful means of investigation that allow him to confront the question of the interaction between environment and health. Beyond the purely scientific interest of studying the factors of the environment, at different scales, it is necessary to note the need to use the results in terms of effects on human health. Indeed, the human being is nowadays at the heart of the environmental health issue.
