The training of managers in environmental education is of special significance today in university institutions. The aim of this research, entitled Strategy for training managers in environmental education as a contribution to social responsibility in the UPTAA ¨Pedro Camejo¨, is to design a strategy for training managers in environmental education as a contribution to social responsibility in the UPTAA ¨Pedro Camejo¨, Mantecal, Apure State, aimed at the Board of Directors of the University. A descriptive type of research was carried out, using theoretical, empirical and statistical methods, as well as techniques such as surveys and consultations with experts, which allowed for a more integrated vision of the current situation of environmental education training for the university's directors.
