The book describes environmentally safe technologies for obtaining high quality products and presents innovative solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of agro-industrial complex development in the European North of Russia. There are presented the newest technologies of fodder production in the form of hay, silage and haylage with energy nutrient of not less than 10 MJ SE per 1 kg of dry matter at the content of raw protein at the level of 14% and higher, energy-efficient technology of convective drying of seed material in the oncoming multilateral flows of coolant, formed in the volume of seeds, scientific bases of preparation and storage of freshly harvested forage grain without preservative, scientific bases of technologies of milking of highly productive cows and completing of dairy herds on the farms on the optimal basis of trillion rubles per day.
