Soatova Nodira Isomitdinovna è nata nel 1967 nel distretto di Jizzakh. Nel 1988 ha conseguito la laurea con lode presso la Facoltà di Lingua e Letteratura Uzbeka del JSPI. Candidato a Scienze Filologiche (2001), professore associato (2004). È autore dei libri "Mondo illuminato con una donna" (1999), "Tradizioni dell'immagine epica" (2001).
