Breast cancer remains the leading cause of female cancer death in the developed country and the second leading cause in the DRC after cervical cancer.The objectives of this work were:- Determine the frequency of breast cancer cases from 2012 to 2017;- Identify the socio-demographic characteristics of the patients in our series;- Determine the risk factors of the patients concerned by the study;- Identify the clinical profile of patients who consulted for breast cancer in our study setting;- Evaluate the management of breast cancer cases in our series.To achieve this, we conducted a descriptive study using the retrospective approach covering the period from January 01, 2012 to December 31, 2017 in the gyneco-obstetrics department of this hospital. Out of 17,586 files, we retained only 30 cases as a sample based on our inclusion criteria.
