Le Dr Enoch Otor est titulaire d'un doctorat, d'une maîtrise et d'une licence en droit. Il est praticien du droit et notaire public de la Cour suprême du Nigeria. Il est un praticien de la résolution des conflits, un négociateur professionnel et un médiateur. Il enseigne actuellement le droit à des étudiants de troisième cycle et de premier cycle et effectue des recherches en droit à l'université de Jos, au Nigeria.
