In the present work we discuss the complexity of historical and contemporary definitions resulting from the various known relativist and reductionist positions, thus highlighting the different methodological orientations proposed by the various conceptions of Law. We propose, therefore, a modern approach, an insurgent conception that will help the reader in the research and in the adaptation of the old legal concepts to the new realities and normative needs. It is on the basis of the various legal doctrines that we will now discuss the Concept of Modern Law.
