There is paucity of research on various aspects of anhidrosis in horses in Pakistan. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the clinico-epidemiological features of anhidrosis in horses, to determine the biochemical alterations in horses suffering from anhidrosis, and to evaluate the comparative efficacy of iodinated casein and germinated wheat in the treatment of anhidrosis in horses.

Arshad Zahoor nació en 1981 en Kohat. Completó su D.V.M en 2002 de la Universidad de Ciencias Veterinarias y Animales, Lahore, Pakistán. Luego completó su M.Sc (Hons) en Medicina Clínica y Cirugía en 2005 de la Universidad de Agricultura, Faisalabad, Pakistán. Actualmente, trabaja en el Brooke Hospital for Animals, Lahore, Pakistán.
